The first time we come out for service we perform the following:

• System Clean Up
• System Tune Up
• Diagnostics
• System Clean Up Training

Notes:

In most cases this is all a system needs to get back in good running order.

At times it may be a hardware problem. In that case we will inform you of the problem and give you a quote on the repair.

Most repairs can be completed at your home or office. In some cases the system may need to be repaired in our shop. Pick up and delivery are included.**

*Software Extra. All Software and parts must be purchased from In Home Computer Service.
**No trip charge for service within a 25-mile radius of In Home Computer Service. A $35 trip charge will apply to trips ranging from 25 to 50 miles. Service not available outside a 50-mile radius.
